IHSA CLASS 1A OREGON SECTIONAL The Rebels Girls Cross Country team running their best race of the year finished 4th at Saturday's (Oct. 27) Oregon Sectional. With the 4th place finish, the Girls will advance as a team to the IHSA Class 1A State Meet. Olivia Frail (20:23 - 14th) led the way for the Rebel Girls who placed 3 in the top 25. Ashley Orrick (20:54 - 18th), Josie Price (21:04 - 23rd), Lena Becker (22:14 - 52) and Trinity Shimmin (23:29 - 89th) rounded out the scorers for the Girls. Also running for the Girls were Alyssa Dyken (24:38 - 116th) and Sarah Fairfield (25:12 - 118th). This is the first time any individuals or team has advanced to the State Meet for Stark County.
